Refund policy

 

Cancellations/Refunds on Orders: We accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and we can help you.

Cancellations/Refunds on Items: If you want to remove or swap something from your order, we accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and we can help you.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment of your Moonlight and Sage order at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and include your order number. We will do our best to help you.

Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.

In the case that we do agree on a refund for whatever reason, we do need to physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before we process the refund. Once we do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Package lost by usps:

Unfortunately, once a package is shipped, there is not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your package leaves our doors. We recommend reaching out to USPS directly, specifically your local postal service as they are the last ones to access your package.
After that we recommend filing a missing mail claim if you do think that the package is missing. 

Since we did ship it out and it's not an error on our end, we do have to follow USPS procedures to properly handle such matters. Please keep us updated on the outcome of the report. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and look forward to working with you to resolve this!

Due to the nature of this work we do not take returns. If your order comes damaged please message us at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com with 72 hours of receiving the order.
