Orders take 10-14 Business Days to process before they are shipped. If your order includes a custom oil/item or waist beads, please allow an extra 7- 10 Business Days for processing. We do not count weekends, federal or observed holidays as business days.

Return Policy

Cancellations/Refunds on Orders: We accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and we can help you.

Cancellations/Refunds on Items: If you want to remove or swap something from your order, we accept cancellation/refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and we can help you.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment of your Moonlight and Sage order at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and include your order number. We will do our best to help you.

Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.

In the case that we do agree on a refund for whatever reason, we do need to physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before we process the refund. Once we do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Lost/Delayed Packages:  Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

International Orders: Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately once a package is shipped there is not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your package leaves our doors. Sometimes USPS stops updating the tracking information once it leaves the U.S. The international shipping process can take extra time to make it through customs etc. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
