Orders take 10-14 Business Days to process before they are shipped. If your order includes a custom oil/item or waist beads, please allow an extra 7- 10 Business Days for processing. We do not count weekends, federal or observed holidays as business days.

Where is Moonlight and Sage Shop located? 401 N Coast Hwy Suite 111, Oceanside, CA 92054.

We have an online shop and a retail store. Our address is: 401 N Coast Hwy Suite 111, Oceanside, CA 92054. We're open Monday and Tuesday 10 pm - 4 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10 am - 6 pm.

When will my order ship?

Orders take 10 - 14 Business Days to process before they are shipped out. Once shipped, it can USPS can take up to 7 Business Days to deliver. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from the shop with your tracking number! We are working every day to get orders out as fast as we can. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as Business Days.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed and you receive your tracking information, you can monitor the tracking information from there. We use USPS. Shipping usually takes around 5 - 7 business days.

Do you ship to my country/internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally!

Why is my international package taking so long arrive? Where is my package?

Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately once a package is shipped there is not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your package leaves our doors. Sometimes USPS stops updating the tracking information once it leaves the U.S.

The international shipping process can take extra time to make it through customs etc. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Do you accept returns or refunds?

For our online shop, we accept cancellations/refunds within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Read more about our Return Policy here. 

For our retail store in Oceanside, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase.

I made a mistake on my address. Can I change it?

Yes we can change your address, please purchase the Address Change Fee.  Please make sure to double-check your delivery address before checking out! You must email us at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com after you order this so we can make the appropriate changes to your order! We cannot process the change to your address without a confirmation email from you. If we don't receive your email, it will be fulfilled with the address supplied in the original order.

Can I use X product if I am pregnant/have pets?

If you are unsure about a product’s safety for pregnancy or around pets, please consult with your doctor or veterinarian.

I am allergic to X, Y, Z. Can I still buy an oil?

If you have any allergies to herbs or oils, please email us prior to ordering to confirm if we can fulfill your allergen requirements, as this is not a guaranteed allergy-free environment. Depending on the Oil you want, we might recommend getting a Custom Oil.

Can I order a custom oil?

How do I use the Spelled Ritual Oils?

Oils can be used on your body, in baths, during spell work, on tag locks or dolls! Put some in your bath water or use it for focusing on personal intentions.

Can I order from the online store and then pick up my order in person at the Oceanside store?

Yes! Please email us and we can arrange a pick-up date/time for you. However, we do not refund the $7 shipping fee if you pick it up in-store. Since our amazing team still compiles your items and since you don’t have to wait the time for shipping, the shipping fee is part of the pick-up cost.

I'm new around here. What product should I start with?

Some of our bestsellers are the Love Oil, the Crystal Mystery Boxes (there are 3 sizes that you can pick from), and more. Check out some best sellers here. 

Something is missing from my order. Something in my order is broken.

Oh no!! Please contact our team at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a photo of your order, and a photo of the back of the thank you card.

I ordered a couple of times. Can I combine my orders?

Yes. Please note that Combining Orders does delay your package(s) as combining orders restarts the order date. To combine orders, please purchase the Order Combination Fee AND email us at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com with the order numbers of the 2 orders you want combine, and we can work on that for you! 

Can I remove an item from my order?

If you want to remove or swap something from your order, we accept cancellation only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at moonlightandsageshopteam@gmail.com and we can help you. Learn more in our Return Policy.

My package said it was returned to sender. How can I get the package sent back out?

If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. Please contact us and purchase the reshipment fee within 72 hours of receiving this message. If you would like your package sent back out please purchase the reshipment fee linked here

We are a small business, and shipping can be expensive. Errors in shipping are out of our hands and we give plenty of opportunities to change the address if it's incorrect. If you decide not to pay for the reshipment or do not respond to our inquiry you will forfeit the order per our Return Policy. You will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.
